ICS Learn Case Study: Barnsley Football Club | Online CIPD Courses

I only wanted to take the Employment Law course and they were very helpful in convincing me that I could.

Although the course was a different way of writing style, I found the way of studying online suited my work/home lifestyle.

I could access the course material whenever I wanted to learn, and no deadlines for the assessments meant I could work at my own pace.

The tutor was very helpful, and I could ask questions no matter how trivial.

The assessment feedback was fair and good advice was given for future submissions.

The eBook that we were given is still a useful tool, if I need to check anything.

In addition to the course, the Employment Law updates were well presented and useful, not only for the course but to keep up with changes that have happened or about to happen.

The course has helped me to gain confidence to challenge senior managers. The staff ask advice and come to talk when they are feeling wronged or worried.

The Managers and Directors are happy that I can confidently hold my own when they are trying to do something that would have consequences for the staff.

The organisation has benefitted from my learning, as have I.
